Nobody told FV that pleading guilty to a domestic case could result in his deportation, but that is exactly what INS told him a few years after his plea. FV hired Kara Hoopis Manosh and they worked as quickly as possible to undo the old plea and replace it with a disposition that does not risk deportation.  FV is a hardworking father who has spent his entire life contributing to this country- he deserves a second chance and it was an honor to help him accomplish this.
