When TN was very young, she was involved with a boyfriend who was secretly dealing drugs out of their apartment.  The police executed a search warrant and arrested the boyfriend... and TN, too.  TN took a plea deal that she thought would keep her safe from deportation.  She learned years later that she was at risk to be kicked out of country.  She regretted taking that deal, but she thought she was keeping herself safe.  She hired Kara Hoopis Manosh to try and help, and within a short time the drug conviction was VACATED and then changed to a charge that kept TN safe from being deported.
