We are located in the Owen Building, at the intersection of Dyer St and Pine St in Downtown Providence. We are across the river from Memorial Park, a half-mile north of the Providence Performing Arts Center, and about a half-mile west of Brown University.
The Licht Judicial Complex, home to the Providence/Bristol County Superior Court, is about a quarter of a mile northeast of our building. The U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island is about a quarter of a mile northwest of our office, and Providence City Hall is about half a mile west of us.
Driving Directions
- From the North: Go south on I-95 and take exit 37B/37C/37D, US-6 W/RI-10/Downtown/Hartford CT. Follow signs for exit 37B, Downtown. Merge onto Memorial Blvd, and continue as it becomes Dyer St. Our building will be on the right.
- From the South: Head north on I-95 to exit 37B/37C/37D, US-6 W/RI-10/Downtown/Hartford CT. Stay to the right for exit 37B, Downtown. Continue straight onto Memorial Blvd, and follow the road as it becomes Dyer St to reach our office on the right.
- From the East: Go west on I-195 and take exit 1C, US-44 W/Main St. Merge onto US-44/Main St. Turn left onto College St, then turn left again onto Memorial Blvd. Continue as the road becomes Dyer St to our office on the right.
- From the West: Take US-6 east to the exit for Memorial Blvd/Downtown. Merge onto Memorial Blvd, and continue as the road becomes Dyer St. Our office will be on the right.

You can find on-street metered parking spaces on Dyer St, near the front of our building. You can also park in public garages within a block of our building. The entrance to the Freeway Garage is on Pine St, between Hay St and Peck St. The entrance to the Arcade Garage is on Peck St, between Pine St and Weybosset St.
You have several options to reach our office by public transportation. RIPTA’s Routes 35, 60, 78, and 92 run along Memorial Blvd/Dyer St and stop near our building. Routes 6, 20, and 22 run along Weybosset St and also stop near our office.
