When the State Police seized 59 cannabis plants and over 1kilo of usable cannabis from a private property, they filed serious charges against the owner of the property for a total exposure of over 100 years in prison.  They took photographs of the items seized, they conducted forensic tests, and they even conducted extensive surveillance and investigation prior to executing the search warrant.  So how did the entire case get dismissed? Because Attorney Manosh noticed the one thing that the State Police failed to include in their comprehensive drug Information package: Any probable cause that the property owner was ever on the property at the time all of this medical-grade cannabis was being grown, harvested or used.  All charges were dismissed for a failure to establish probable cause.
