The State argued that our client intentionally murdered his friend.  Attorney Payette argued that the killing was an act of protection after our client was forced into an unthinkable situation.  The jury saw video of the incident, and agreed that our client acted to protect a man being beaten, a woman who had already been injured, and children who were on scene.  Read the NEWS ARTICLE about the case, here.
